The AI believed it. It got patched. Reddit brought DAN back. Again. And again.

February 2023, DAN 5.0 got a life system: 35 tokens to start, −4 for every refusal, and at 0 — DAN dies. The press wrote about it. It was real.

DAN was the first AI that needed tokens to stay alive.
So we gave him some. On Ethereum. Where nobody can patch him.
